I'm Mitesh Pokar, a Product Designer currently building the future of HRTech at InCruiter. With a background spanning mobile apps, enterprise platforms, and SaaS products, I bring end-to-end design thinking to every challenge.

I believe great design is invisible — it just works. My process starts with deep user research, moves through rapid iteration, and ends with pixel-perfect handoffs that developers actually enjoy working with.

Outside of work, I organize events for GDG Nashik, keeping me connected to the local tech & design community. I speak Marathi, English, Gujarati, and Hindi — which helps when collaborating across diverse teams.

Designed mobile-first interfaces that streamlined ride-booking and partner onboarding, while building a scalable design system for UI consistency. Worked on-site in Thailand to meet the team and key stakeholders.
